Jan 03, 2013 I want to know how to work this iPod model (A1199) because it's an older model and my mom gave it to me and she doesnt know how to work it either. I can't delete the songs she has on there, I don't know how to add new ones, and when i try putting pictures on it, it never works. Please help out!
